Welcome!

The Oriental Repertory Company (ORC), a local theatrical group in Oriental, NC, made its debut in 2008 with the production of Final Cut, an interactive murder mystery to benefit The Old Theater.

Craig Elliott
According to Craig Elliott, its Creative Director, the goal of ORC is to keep community theater alive in Oriental and Pamlico County. “Oriental is such a great village, and to be able to offer live plays takes it over the top. We are pleased to be part of the exciting world of local entertainment!”

But it takes the help of many volunteers to get a play from auditions to opening night. “The ORC is always looking for volunteers who would like to be involved … from a role on stage to helping behind the scenes. No experience is needed.”

If you would like to volunteer on a future production, please contact oldtheater@gmail.com. In the meantime, keep your eyes on this site for coming attractions and photos from previous plays!
